In 2020 I co-founded the de’ge’pol W to make women in political consulting more visible, enhance female careers in the industry and provide a platform for exchange and learning.

I am proud to be a board member of this Europe wide network of women in leadership positions, not just in government relations, but across all industries.
MentorMe is the largest professional mentoring program for women in German-speaking countries. I support MentorMe as mentor and speaker for many years – and also benefit from being a mentee myself.
